Jim Frames Eyewear warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Jim Frames Eyewear reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Jim Frames dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Jim Frames Eyewear will replace the item at no cost to you.

All claims must be submitted through JIM FRAMES EYEWEAR contact form. Do not return your Jim Frames product to the store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Jim Frames Eyewear products.

The following forms of Proof of Purchase are acceptable for purchases that were made at one of our authorized retailers:

  • Your order number.
  • Picture or scan of the physical receipt with a visible date of purchase and retailer name.
