RETURN – CHANGE – REFUND

RETURN & CHANGE

If by any chance you feel that the product is not a great fit to your needs and you want to change it you can return any order you made if it fulfils the following requirements:

  • Return in 14 days after you have received your order.
  • Products must be returned unused and with original packaging provided that none of the above have been damaged or distorted. The customer must return the product intact and in excellent condition with all its documents *(receipt, guarantee/gift receipt, or any other accompanying materials). If the product is accompanied by a gift it will be returned with the product, also in excellent condition.
  • Return fees should be paid by client-sender. We receive returns ONLY free of charge. Jim Frames Eyewear has Free return fees ONLY by Geniki Taxydromiki for Greece or DHL for rest world.
  • GIFT packaging (different shipping address) ONLY is not necessary to have the receipt but all the rest documents* are mandatory.

The audit will be performed by the head of our online store. If the audit is approved you may choose another product of the same or higher value but not pay any return fees or shipping costs. The return is at the customer’s responsibility as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.

If not meet the above and the product does not meet the above requirements will not be acceptable for return of the product and the product is sent back to the client-sender with the same charge.

Exceptions from the right of return:

  • for custom special orders
  • Where the products have been modified after customer’s request.
  • In case of damage caused by the opening of the product, for which the responsibility lies solely with the customer.We are not responsible for any damage during transport of the product.
  • In case of any loss. We are not responsible for any loss during transport of the product.
  • when the product is not accompanied by its documents*.
  • if return requirements are not met.

We guarantee products against manufacturing defects and we reserve the right to determine if returned products are the result of defective manufacturing or damage caused through use. If we conclude that there is a manufacturing defect shipping costs will be refunded as well (please note that shipping costs will only be refunded in case of manufacturing defects).

Return products that are damaged or of poor quality or product delivery was wrong by SteLoV:

Our online store emphasizes quality of products sold and the proper mission of the customer order.

In the rare case that the client receives from the fault of www.stelov.com proven defective product or a product which lacks an agreed quality or damaged during transport or wrong product must inform us immediately by describing the problem and we will replace you the defective product or sending you the correct by the time we receive the damaged or wrong product. In the case of damaged or wrong product we pay the return fees for any package that will be sent ONLY by Geniki Taxydromiki (domestic) and DHL (international).

RETURN & REFUND

The return process is the exactly the same as in the RETURN & CHANGE above section.

The return of the money corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the client, will be completed without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which we were informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract and in the same payment method chosen when ordering. We may withhold reimbursement until we take back products. Especially in the case of products with market delivery the refund will be made through bank account of the client. Therefore we kindly ask you to inform us via e-mail for your account number (IBAN), the bank maintaining the account and the recipient’s name as given in the booklet. For security reasons should the beneficiary account number to be the same person on your sales receipt for the returned product.

  • When the product is damaged or lost
  • For the gifts (when there is no receipt available)
